Dr Linke began his training in Chicago, IL, then in New Orleans, LA, training under high volume robotic urologists. Dr Linke has been providing robotic urologic care since 2017, and is now based in Fort Wayne, IN
Dr Linke's robotics team in trained in the latest state of the art Da Vinci robotics systems, including the Single Port surgical platform. They are experts in assisting robotic prostatectomy and robotic kidney surgeries in Fort Wayne, IN.
Dr Linke operates only at sites in northern Indiana that have a dedicated robotics team. These professionals has been trained specifically in Da Vinci robotics. This allows for a flawless and efficient surgical experience for patients undergoing robotic prostatectomy and robotic kidney surgery in Fort Wayne.
Dr Linke has dedicated his practice to the continued improvement and innovation of robotic surgery for urology. He has trained under some of the most well known robotic urologic surgeons. Dr Linke performs over 150 robotic surgeries yearly. Dr Linke believes the future lies within the Da Vinci Single Port (SP) platform. He is one of the highest volume SP surgeons in Indiana
Linke Urology's data has shown approximately 80% of patients are mostly continent by 6 weeks for prostatectomy, compared to the traditional robotics which showed the same results at a longer period of 3-6 months
Based on my latest data, our patients have been able to return to work approximately 10 days following single port robotic surgery for prostatectomy and kidney surgery. 98% of our single port surgery patients return home the same day of surgery
My data gathered within Linke Urology of over 250 patients shows that > 90% of patients would choose robotic surgery as their means of therapy, as opposed to other therapeutic options
Dr Linke's urology practice is located in northern Fort Wayne and Marion IN, within 1.5 hours of Indianapolis, 45 minutes of the Michigan border, and 45 minutes of the Ohio border
Dr Linke started a successful solo practice based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has grown this practice to be highly functioning and efficient. Dr Linke began offering Da Vinci Single Port surgery for robotic prostatectomy and robotic kidney surgery in 2024
This is a clip showing the incredible utility of the da Vinci single port robot. The 2 inch incision allows me to start within the bladder and remove the prostate & prostate cancer from within the bladder. This keeps all important pelvic structures intact
This is a clip showing the same incredible utility of the da Vinci singe port robot. The same 2 inch incision allows me to work in the bladder, this time to remove large obstructive BPH with the 2 inch incision.
Some prostate cancers are more efficiently removed with the "traditional" multiport da Vinci robot. This is a clip showing the "anterior fascial sparing" technique to help achieve very early continence return.
Dr Linke is an active urology proctor for Intuitive Surgical da Vinci Single Port robotics. He travels throughout the US to help train robotic surgeons
