Colin Linke, MD

Founder & Urologic Surgeon · Single-Port Robotic Specialist

Dr. Colin Linke is a board-certified urologist and the founder of Linke Urology & Robotics. He has performed more than 1,000 robotic procedures over the past six years and is a national proctor and lecturer on da Vinci Single Port™ robotics, as well as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Indiana University School of Medicine. His practice focuses on single-port robotic prostate and kidney surgery, minimally invasive stone management, men's health, and treatment of urinary symptoms. Patients describe his approach as attentive, honest, and exceptionally thorough.

Teaching & Lectureship

Dr. Linke has proctored more than 25 urologists throughout the country on Single Port robotics, helping teach them the technology to bring great results to their patients. He has participated as a panelist for the yearly NARUS robotics meetings, the yearly Single Port Marathon lecture series (hosted by pioneers Drs. Crivellaro and Kaouk), and the SURGEon forum. He reviews robotics abstracts for the North-Central section of the AUA and is an adjunct clinical assistant professor for Indiana University School of Medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Linke enjoys spending time with family, Chicago sports, and participating in events throughout the Fort Wayne community. He has two young children, Violet and Wells, with whom he spends most of his free time.

Kim Swigert, MPAS, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Kim was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN, completing her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science, Physician Assistant at Butler University and her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

She is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Urological Association, Urological Association of Physician Associates, and the American Academy of Physician Associates.

Her clinical interests and expertise are:

  • Interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome
  • Kidney stone evaluation and prevention

Kim has enjoyed the specialty of Urology for the past 3 years, but has been working as a PA for 22 years with experience in Testosterone Replacement, Interventional Radiology, and Pain Management. She is married and has two daughters. She enjoys attending her daughter's choir concerts, Indy Ignite volleyball games, and cruising.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Katy is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, nationally credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), with an additional specialized certification in urology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Ball State University and brings over 15 years of medical experience to her practice.

Her clinical interests encompass a comprehensive range of urologic conditions, with expertise in:

  • Benign prostatic hyperplasia
  • Overactive bladder and urinary incontinence

Carol “CJ” Johnson, NP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience specializing in urology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University East and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of urological conditions.

Her clinical interests encompass a comprehensive range of urologic conditions, with expertise in:
